Siegeborn · last updated October 2026
Siegeborn is an online strategy game. This page explains what the game stores about you, why, and how to have it deleted. Questions: shutemupgaming@gmail.com.
What we collect
- A random player ID the game generates on your device. It is not your phone's advertising ID or hardware ID.
- Your display name, which you choose in the game.
- Game data: your base layout, resources, heroes, trophies, league, and records of raids you make or receive.
- Clan data: which clan you belong to and the chat messages you post in it.
- Technical logs: our server records IP addresses and request times to keep the game running and to stop abuse. These logs are rotated automatically and are not used for anything else.
- Purchases (if you buy gems): Google Play handles payment. We receive only a purchase confirmation to credit your account — never your card or billing details.
How we use it
Only to run the game: saving your progress, matchmaking you against other players, checking raids for cheating, leaderboards, clans, and support. We do not sell your data, and the game has no third-party advertising or analytics.
Who can see it
Other players can see your display name, base, trophies, clan and clan chat messages. Our server host (DigitalOcean) stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed from the live server straight away and drops out of our backups within 35 days.
Deleting your account
In the game: Account ▸ Delete account. Or see how to request deletion.
Children
Siegeborn is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell players in the game.
